Customized products are not returnable as it is customized and assembled to your needs. And the products that have received lube service are not accepted to return.
Note: All returnable products are eligible for return authorization within 7 days of receipt. If you find any damage to the product or it does not work properly and you would like to return your product, please send us a message to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. All returns are effective upon obtaining a return authorization. If you send us a return without our return authorization, you will not receive any compensation.
When you want to initiate a return, refund, or exchange, you need to provide proof of your purchase from our website and photos or videos of the damaged product, and explain your questions and requirements clearly. If you can not provide clear proof of your purchase or without any photos and videos, we will not approve your application.
When returning a product for exchange, please make sure the product is in good condition in its original packaging. You will need to return all products, including product accessories. Please make sure they are packed properly to avoid any damage during shipping. If we receive a returned product in bad condition such as damaged packaging or missing accessories, we will charge a 20%-50% restocking fee.
We will process your return order within 5 business days, as the return has been delivered to our warehouse.
