Terms & Conditions

In order to better use our website, the users have accepted the following terms and conditions given below. We reserve the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Therefore, users are advised to read carefully these terms and conditions every time you use our website.

User Account

For the consideration of safety and security, every customer is allowed to create only one registered account. For customers who attempt to create several accounts, we reserve the right to suspend accounts without separate notification.

In accordance with customs regulations, customers must provide valid and accurate information. All consignee names, address and payers name should be valid. In some certain countries, the consignee may have to submit their ID number or passport for parcel clearance or payment verification purposes. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information that they provide to our Cubertime. If any information is incorrect and results in any shipment or delivery or customs clearance, Cubertime will not take responsible and we will not offer any compensation in such situations.

Cubertime will always comply with the law, and we kindly remind the users to do the same. Customers as the importers are responsible to comply with all laws and regulations in their own countries. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

Ordering

Cubertime can change the price and availability of products at our sole discretion without notice. Given the popularity and supply constraints of some products, Cubertime may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Cubertime reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you have placed your order.

Order Cancelation

Customers can cancel their orders at any time prior to shipping; please contact us. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our warranty and returns policy comes into effect.

Damaged Goods

We try our best to ensure that you can receive your order properly. If you do not receive your product order, please contact us promptly. If the product arrives damaged or faulty, please take a good picture of it and contact us immediately. We will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.

Prices

Cubertime can change the price and availability of products at our sole discretion without notice. The prices do not include V.A.T, import tax and duties, if your package is inspected and considered taxable by local customs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customer Conduct

While Cubertime will always strive to resolve customer issues to the satisfaction in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner, we will not tolerate any unacceptable or unreasonable behavior toward the members of our customer service team.

Unacceptable behavior against Customer Service personnel or Cubertime, which may include, for example, any of the following: Offensive, abusive, and threatening behavior. Examples include any and all direct or implied threats on any communication channel; intimidating language; personal and verbal abuse; sexist, racist, homophobic, or derogatory remarks; rudeness; inflammatory statements; Scolding; and unfounded allegations.

Persistence in making habitual demands or vexatious complaints, even though the matter has been adequately resolved; likewise, repetition of complaints despite reasonable and fair resolution provided in accordance with our policies.

Asking, expecting or requiring employees to violate established company policy guidelines, such as refund amounts, timelines, special compensation, etc.; likewise, seeking unrealistic results beyond the scope of our own policies and procedures.

Repeatedly changing the nature (or focus) of a complaint or the desired outcome, in part, after providing a formal response.

The number of complaints is excessive compared to the total purchase value history.

For this type of behavior, complainants may be informed and formally notified of the following: Their language is considered offensive, abusive, threatening, and totally unacceptable.
They must refrain from using such language, intimidation, and threats.
If they persist in such behavior, there will be no further communication on the matter.

Cubertime reserves the right to no longer accept orders from the customer in the future without further notice.
