Bruno Sericano
is an Italian brick modeler specialising in beautifully designed military models. Although he claims not to be particularly keen on military subjects, he has a deep interest in aircraft and ships. Bruno's passion for technology and engineering from an early age has led him to design brick models with a particular focus on objects with impressive strategic requirements and engineering challenges, such as stealth vehicles, high-speed craft and submarines.

Bruno is currently a yacht design student and his MOC (My Own Creation) design activity is a part-time job. Since starting to design using Bricklink's Stud.io software in 2019, he has produced around 50 MOC models. His creations cover a variety of subjects from aircraft and ships to buildings, and he has particularly excelled in the field of military modelling, such as the SR-72 Darkstar, the USS Enterprise, and Los Angeles class submarines, which are mostly inspired by war and action films.

In the process of making MOCs, Bruno focuses on the balance of detail and structure, ensuring that the model has both a sufficient sense of detail and a sturdy structure. He usually takes between one and one and a half months to complete a model, and endeavours to achieve perfection throughout the entire process, from design to the final production of the instruction manual. Although difficulties in the design process are inevitable, such as the connection between the nose and landing gear of the model aircraft and the design of the curved parts, Bruno overcame these challenges through continuous trials and adjustments. |

In the future, Bruno plans to continue creating more large cruise ships and other military vessels and aircraft. He is proud that his work has been recognised by brick enthusiasts around the world and is looking forward to future creations.
